We provide independent owner's representation services specifically focused on Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) as a way for owners to implement energy savings measures and meet energy and sustainability goals. We have extensive Owner's Representative experience in ESPC for organizations, utilities, municipalities and higher education clients. We provide consulting services that include procurement services -procuring and supervising energy contractors, including competitive bids thru RFP/RFQ or select list on IDIQ.
We assist with proposal evaluation, provide leadership in your selection process, assist in the negotiations and perform project oversight during design, construction and M&V phases.
