Mohammed Luqman, Principal and Owner
Mo Luqman is the Principal and Owner of Globality Consultancy LLC and is primarily responsible for leading client engagements and providing advisory services to clients in the delivery of FM outsourcing services.

His experience advising private and public-sector clients on the procurement and management of their built assets, coupled with a passion for Facilities Management (FM) and Energy Services Performance Contracting (ESPC) allows him to create excellent workable solutions. He brings a broad, innovative perspective, providing business appropriate advice on outsourced operations and energy centric solutions.

With more than 25 years of diverse experience gained in the FM, construction and non-regulated ESPC business, Mo has particular expertise in strategic sourcing & outsourcing - including leading and implementing strategies, process and selection, providing advice on outsourced operations and service delivery strategy He also advises his clients on FM organizational effectiveness and re-design, ESPC procurement– selection and implementation – and Project Management.
Prior to founding Globality Consultancy LLC, Mo served in executive leadership positions for several of the industry leading organizations within the FM, Construction and Energy Services sectors. Mo started up and matured FM & ESCO businesses successfully and this knowledge, coupled with a strong desire for finding the best business solutions for his clients, allows him to create excellent workable solutions.

Mo is a graduate from the Kingston University in the U.K. in mechanical engineering.
Alex Bisbee, Principal Consultant
Alex is a Principal Consultant for Globality Consultancy, and is passionate about the energy business. His oversight includes organization of energy client projects and partners, strategic expansion of financing solutions,as well as leading client engagements in the delivery of energy consulting. Alex’s experience includes over twenty-five years’ in developing and implementing energy management, renewable energy, and operational efficiency solutions for a wide variety of clients. He has also planned, launched and implemented DSM programs and non-regulated energy services start-ups for utilities. Alex founded Bisbee and Associates over 10-years ago focused on consultancy advisory in the facilities energy business. In that time he has represented several utilities, ESCOs and Owners advising on energy efficiency and effectiveness as well as micro-grid, renewables and sustainability.
Alex’s career includes an impressive track record of working with executives facilitating complex energy solutions in large organizations. He has served in numerous positions with energy service providers, and client organizations, where his responsibilities included developing and executing on multi-million energy efficiency contracts that required engagements with individuals from highly technical to the board-level. Alex is quick to understand the motivations of technical, operational, managing boards, shareholders, and CEOs that ultimately guide all meaningful engagements.
Alex is a graduate from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota in economics and finance
